If something does not work the way it should, we will be happy to help.
Before turning to our support team, however, please do the following:
- Make sure that you are working with the latest version of the software. To
do this, use the Check for Updates function in Melodyne's Preferences or Help menu. Problems are often solved simply by updating the software.
- Please consult the User Manual to see whether your question has already been answered there. You will also find solutions to various problems and useful tips on our FAQ page and in our User Forum. Why not drop in?
