All the products in our Web Shop are downloadable. Only the Melodyne Sound Library and the Melodyne Tutorial DVD by ASK Video come in a DVD box. For Melodyne studio, cre8, plugin or uno, your serial number and a download link will be sent to you by e-mail; the user manual (in PDF format) can be downloaded from our web site.
If you are interested in receiving a printed, English-language version of the handbook, the Installation CD or the program box, please order these separately from our 'Accessory' page. If ordering from outside the European Community, please read the section headed 'Import Duties'.

Import duties
All our prices are 'cost + freight'; in other words, postage and packaging are included. It may be, however, if you are ordering from outside the European Community, that import duties or other taxes will be payable when the goods arrive in your own country. Although unlikely to amount to more than a few dollars (if that), the payment of all such duties is your responsibility; they are not included in our prices. Whether or not such duties are payable — and, if so, the exact amounts — varies from country to country; if you are worried, contact the customs authorities in your own country. The price (cost + freight) of the handbook (HS Code 49119900) is 8 EUR and that of the CD (HS Code 85243910) 2 EUR.
