Is it possible to do a pitch correction of a choir singing on a single track of my DAW using Meldyne essential.Some of them have sung out of pitch.
Sorry if this this too much of a wild imagination!

Hard to give a definitive yes or no answer to that - depends how dry the recording is, how separated the vocal harmony parts are from each other, and how badly out of tune the voices are - I've had success with small choirs with Melodyne Editor, but not always - the only way is to try and hear what happens....

i've tried this too. sometimes the result is surprisingly good. other times, the phasing introduced is too much... ed

I see you have Melodyne Essential. I think what you want to do requires DNA and thus Melodyne Editor.
