Has anybody here done the new Steinberg Cubase v6.5 update, released today, yet?

Maybe you guys at Celemony already did some compatibility tests with Editor v2 / Cubase 6.5 / Win7-64?

I don't want to wreck my current work-in-progress arrangements by breaking my golden rule of 'never upgrade in the middle of a project', unless there's good experiences from others to trust.

Hopefully it's all OK, but please do share your experiences.

Yes, I know that I'm just letting others take risks for me But I can't see any relevant new Melodyne posts yet over on the Steinberg forums....

we haven't had the chance yet to test Melodyne with the latest Cubase version. Once we did, you will find an update in our compatibility list. Please check back every now and then.

Well I went ahead and upgraded my Cubase v6.x to v6.5 on my spare PC - 64-bit Cubase on 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate.

...and the good news is that there hasn't been any adverse reaction so far as Melodyne Editor v2 is concerned - existing arrangements load just fine.

I haven't had the time yet to go through all the Editor functionality in detail, but simple transfers of melodic material work as normal, and blob editing is just fine.

So, good news so far...and the Cubase upgrade was incident free too.
