I am currently using Melodyne editor trial version.

I want to know sound when I click note segment in polyphonic analysis mode. I saw this is possible in the video manual, but I don't know how to set the program to make this possible.

this should happen automatically. Which DAW are you using?

For me, this works only when I use the Pitch Tool—not every tool.
