...Please give us the option to turn this off as others have requested. I was *so* hoping this would be fixed in v2, but no - kind of amazing there's no pref to turn this off still - total groove killer, and embarrassing for client, engineer, and producer. best, rich

Just spent another agonizing day tuning vocals in front of client and vocalist: beeep! eeeewwwwrrrr! Client wondering why these incredibly annoying robotic sounds are coming out of the speaker and cringing at the notion of doing "that" to the vocals... Plus, half the time the pitch is completely wrong depending on where you happen to click in the blob.
Really, this needs to be turned OFF.
best, rich

Another vote for this. I have a client requesting an older version specifically because of this and I am unable to accommodate because it's no longer available and even if it was, I had to relinquish my old license in order to upgrade. Same client had the same problem a year ago. PLEASE add the ability to turn off pitch audition or give us a work around!

Yes, please, please, please make an option to mute the "acoustic blob monitoring".
I have been waiting to upgrade from Melodyne Plugin to Editor for 2 years now and simply won't do it until the option is there. I love Melodyne but this horrible sound and the problems it creates that others have mentions are unfortunately a dealbreaker for me.

Hundreds of vocal tunings later and I have yet to have not had the vocalist laugh embarrassingly when they here monitoring while pitching. Every Midi sequencer I know even allows to turn of note monitoring. This "feature" really is useless as it plays back the pitch of the exact moment your cursor is over which is likely not even the center of the pitch you are tuning for with the blob. This "feature" is nothing but embarrassing. Please listen to us.

I would LOVE to be able to turn of the tortured sheep noise a blob makes if you move it, I prefer my moves to be silent and to check by playback.
