I am working with Jorg on this and he's being quite helpful and patient but wanted to post in case someone out there has any suggestions. I have the Editor Plug in legacy now. Before was the v1.2 update. Snow Leopard 10.6.7 and Cubase 5.5.2. After I transfer a track, sometimes it comes back at double speed. Sometimes I can transfer and playback without errors. Very random, yet consistant. I've tried playing back with varying tempo and then transfering, but this is no good. Before(for about 4 years, I just hit transfer and everything was quite nice....no sync problems. Now I'm in a real bind. I tried another tune or two in this project and sometimes it just works. I trashed prefs and reinstalled Cubase 5.5.2. No luck. I even bought Cubase 6 and it fails there too. I'm thinking corruption now, but everythig else in the tune is working fine, including other plugins.
This might seem strange and it is, but somehow I feel it's going to be something simple or way deep. Hopefully simple. I hope I can get the right help and get back to work considering I've had 4 great years of using Melodyne. I've tried the Cubase VariPitch and it kind of works but it's child's play compared to Melodyne.
The next thing is to open up an empty project and import all the audo tracks to the clean project and see if maybe there is corruption somewhere. This will take time but I'm running out of ideas.
Thanks in advance.

I heard our support guys are still working on this. I'm sure they will be able to fix your problem.

Yes, you're right. My post was pre-intervention/solution. I know things are in the works. Thanks. Love Melodyne.
