    Melodyne editor
    I'm using Melodyne Editor trial version. I want to change the audio preference to my sound card. I have a sound card installed, but the only option Melodyne gives me is DirectX. The audio is lagging & skipping notes, and I believe it's because I'm using DirectX as my audio device. How can I change the audio device if there's no other option?

    Hello BillG,

    so what is your sound card? Does it come with ASIO drivers? If it doesn't, have you tried ASIO4All alternatively?

    My hardware profile says "Legacy sound drivers." If it came down to it, I was going to try the ASIO4All, but I wasn't sure if it would be as good as having the actual ASIO drivers for my sound card.
