The craziest thing, I have an account and can login in from your web site with my username and password. But, When I go into the product activation window from Studio one to activate my version of Essentials, I am asked to enter my Username and password which I do, then I'm told either (or both) are invalid. I cannot activate my product.

Please contact registration AT celemony DOT com about this and send them your login data as well as your serial number. They will look into this.
