I've had only one activation on my Melodyne. So, now that I'm trying to activate it on another computer I'm having trouble. When i type in my serial number and click next to activate online an error message box pops up that says "No license file on server. Reason unknown. ERROR_PARENT_LICENSE_NOT_EXSISTING" I have the serial number that's in my manual, but that's it. I'm not sure if there is another code that i need???!??! But it's driving me nuts to not be on my way to recording and moving ahead as usual. Any advice??
