    Hello Brett.angel,

What OS is this? What exactly does the error message say? Are you logged in as a user with admin rights on your computer?

    Hello,

OS means operating system. So which Windows version is this?

Are you using an iLok dongle? And have you had a Melodyne copy installed and activated with your iLok previously?

Anyway, I think it would be best if you could write an e-mail to registration AT celemony DOT com and give them some more information about your system. They might have further questions for you. Thanks.

I really don't mean to bump this thread but I am having the same exact problem. I am running on Win7 and everything is up-to-date. I would like to be able to use my demo. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and downloading other programs. Nothing is working. I am very new so I will take al lthe help I can get.

    Thanks!
