Hi,

Received an e-mail today to upate Melodyne Editor to 2.1. I opened Melodyne Singletrack, clicked on Preferences and Check Now and get WebObjects error in my browser:

{ "errorMsg" = "generalSystemError"; "resultCode" = "1000"; }

I currently have 1.3 of Melodyne Editor Singletrack and 3.2 of Studio. I think I'm eligible for a free upgrade to 2.1 because I purchased the upgrade from last Christmas.

I looked in my iLok and there is a License for Studio, but not for Singletrack. Could that be the issue? IOW: Do I need to transfer the serial #/license for Singletrack to my iLok separately from Studio?

Hello JC,

there are separate licenses for Melodyne studio and Melodyne editor. They both need to be on an iLok device (if you decide to use iLok copy protection for both).
In your case, you probably need to get your free version 2 upgrade first. Please check your myCelemony user account.
