I just downloaded the Melodyne Editor trial demo, and when I open it, either on its on or in my sound program (Mixcraft 4), it says I must activate trial mode, yet when I try to it says it "couldn't reach the myCelemony server." I have internet connection (hence I'm sending this to the forum), and I am on a PC Windows 7, 64-bit. Is it an internal problem, or something that I haven't set up?

Hi, I tried to connect to the server yesterday as well as today, and I'm still getting the same response.

I just registered to say that I'm experiencing the exact same problem on a mac with stable internet connection; I doubt the issue is computer specific.
Please do fix this soon. >_< I have school projects I need this for.

Hi,
I don't know if this issue was sorted for the other users but I have been getting the same message today: "couldn't reach the myCelemony server"
I've checked the connection (I just downloaded the demo after all!) and it's constant. Clicking Try Again results in the same screen almost instantly.

Sorry, JayArgento,
we still can't reproduce the problem over here. Perhaps you could send us the exact day and time of the day when you have tried to connect to our server. Then we could check if we find something in our server log files.

Just got the Melodyne editor trial and am having the EXACT same problem.
I am guessing that this may be a firewall/access problem, not necessarily an external internet connection problem?
I am over at nectarineHorse Studio and was interested in trying this out after hearing about the DNA for so long now.. but this is a little frustrating.
