Just upgraded to Studio One V2 and already own Melodyne Editor 1.3. However when trying to launch it in Studio One V2 to use the new ARA functionality it give a messge that V 1.3 is not compatible and please check for an update. There is not update beyond 1.3 is there? I could not find it.
I am on Windows 7 64 bit
UPDATE: I downlaoded the 32 bit version of S1 V2 and Melodyne 1.3 works with it in the ARA mode.
Apparently Celemony need to release an update to the 64 bit version.

hmmm I did a download of Melodyne elements from Presonus, and ran that to install a 32 bit version of Melodyne.
After doing that the 64 bit version still did not work but the 32 bit version did in the 32 bit S1 V2.
Im wondering if it takes an uninstall and re-install?

The 32 bit version of 1.3 Assistant does not work for me in Studio One V2 (same error as the original poster) I have tried to install the Presonus-supplied Essentials but the install is overriden each time by my existing Assistant license. (Which is ilok based) So while I cannot downgrade to to Essentials I'm told by Presonus staff that Assistant 1.3 should work. But it doesn't

Guys,
are you still having issues with the 64-bit version of Melodyne? Or has this also been fixed with enabling the VST3 service?

hey there.....
I'm having the same issue of compatibility...I have 64 bit Editor and 32 bit Studio One-V2....so the enabling the VST3... I'm pretty new at this...don't really know how to enable it...is it Editor or Studio One that something has to be done to in order to make it work?
Thanks in advance for any help....really looking forward to using this

Yes I am not getting 64 bit version to be compatable in 64 bit version of S1 V2. Been try different things all day. But no success First please tell me that it works on Windows 7 64 bit. I have not found a windows 64 bit success story yet? I have confirmed VST3 support is on I have confirmed that my VSTs are VST3 I have confirmed the I am running the latest 1.3 I can get it to work on 32 bit host with 32 VST3 but not 64 bit host with 64 bit VST3 I also can confirm a repeatable bug between 32 bit and 64 bit hosts. If you get it to work on 32 bit get a file xfer and notes, then go to 64 bit host and get error, then go to 32 bit host it has lost the tranfer files and notes.

Update: Meanwhile PreSonus have released a hotfix. Please see if it fixes your problem. Hello everybody, after some researches it seems we've got a solution for you. Apparently this only happens, if: - you have already used Melodyne in Studio One, Version 1, and
- you confirmed the migration of all Studio One (v1) settings when you installed Version 2.
In these cases, Studio One Version 2 does not know about Melodyne's ARA compatibility yet. So here is your workaround: - Shut down Studio One
- Delete the file Plugins-(language).settings from the x64 and x86 folders under:
- Mac: Users\<USER>\Library\Preferences\PreSonus\Studio One 2\
- Windows 7: Computer\System\User\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\PreSonus\Studio One 2
- XP: Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\PreSonus\Studio One 2
- Vista: Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Presonus\Studio One 2
Please note: Under Mac OS X Lion, the Library folder is hidden by default. To access it, see here for workarounds.
If you are on a Windows PC and you can't see the folders mentioned above, you need to unhide them: open the Folder Options in the Control Panel, and on the View tab, change the option to show hidden files and folders, and click ok.
- Start Studio One again
- Try again to open Melodyne with CMD-M (Mac) or CTRL-M (Win) on an audio event
Does it work now?

Honestly, I can't find the file in my iMac. I've tried every other possible way with no success. Is it possible that either Celemony or Presonus will have soon a software update that solves the problem?

Hello axembler,
have you tried restarting your computer after deleting the file? If this doesn't help, could you please send an e-mail to support AT celemony DOT com? Let them know some details on your system setup (OS, DAW version, Melodyne version) and what you have tried so far. Thanks.
