    I'm using Pro Tools v8.0.5 and can't run Melodyne either by rewire or standalone. it takes too much to load, before opening. what can i do to fix this problem? please help!

    Hello Georges,

    is this a Mac or a PC? Which OS have you got? Which Melodyne edition and version? Are you aware that we recommend Pro Tools 9.0.5 or later for the current Melodyne singletrack version? See here.

    You say this also happens with Melodyne standalone, so this is not directly related to Pro Tools? You can't even start Melodyne itself with no other DAW involved?

    Ok thanks seems like i'm going to have to upgrade to Pro Tools 10. for it work!!! :)
