Melodyne studio
3.2
Intel Mac Pro1.1; 2.66 GHz; 7 GB RAM; OSX 10.6.7; Logic Pro 9.1.4; Sonalksis; Synthogy; NI; Arturia; Korg; Omnisphere; Trillian; Toontracks; Melodyne Studio 3.2

while editing a vocal track, as soon as I insert Melodyne into the channel, and before I capture anything, the vocal track exhibits an artefact that isn't there when Melodyne is bypassed.
There are no blobs and I've set 'replace ranges to notes'
Now, I hear something odd about the 'raw' vocal, but can cope with it. Melodyne seems to add something nasty just by being in the plugin chain.
Listen to the third note ( semiquaver?)
Any reason for this, and any workarounds?

Hello Pete,
which Melodyne edition and version is this? And what other plug-ins are there in your plug-in chain? If you disable them, is the glitch gone as well?

Hi Claudio - I don't understand why the reply I posted yesterday doesn't show here.
My version is Melodyne editor 3.2.
There are other plugins but they are all by-passed.
Yesterday I launched the project and there was no glitch, and there were blobs!
When I posted the root message here, there were no blobs, and I continued editing the rest of the track thinking that I would return to the problem moment when I had got some coaching - I put none in at that point, at that time.
Puzzling

Hello Pete,
that's weird indeed. Let us know if the problem returns.
By the way, it's either Melodyne editor 1.2 or Melodyne studio 3.2.
