I was happy to install the upgraded version yesterday. Always nice to see progress. Here are a few bugs I've found...
When switching to Detection Mode and then back to Main Mode, the Correct Pitch and Quantize Time buttons will become disabled. Selecting notes will not enable them. It took me a bit to figure out I had to drag a note to get the buttons working again.
When saving a file, selecting another window will cause the progress window to immediately disappear.
Save and Save As operate in a non-standard and unexpected way. Save does not save to the current file, it opens as Save As dialog. Save As does not change the current selected file once saving has completed.
The last two appeared in the previous version as well.

Have found exact same here - ME2 standalone - must do something (anything) to a blob or blobs anywhere on screen before these Macros become available again.
