Hello,
When I started up Melodyne Assistant recently, it informed me that I can update to version 2. I started downloading the new version but then changed my mind, deciding to do it a bit later, and cancelled the download. After that my attempts to manually check for updates (via File – Settings) always result in the following error message: “{ "errorMsg" = "generalSystemError"; "resultCode" = "1000"; }”. Maybe I need to reset something?

Hello Alex,
I don't know if there is a single setting you could reset, but it should certainly help to completely remove Melodyne from your system and run the latest installer. Have you tried this yet?

H Claudio,
Do I download the trial version and then enter my serial number?

The trial version? Why? I thought you wanted to update your version of Melodyne assistant? If you download the latest installer from your myCelemony account, you shouldn't have to enter your serial number anywhere.
